Q: How do I place a custom jersey order?
A: Simply select your preferred jersey style, choose your size, and use our customization tool to add player names, numbers, team logos, and colors. You can also upload your own design files. Once you’re satisfied, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Q: Can I customize both the front and back of the jersey?
A: Yes. You can add custom text, numbers, and logos to both the front and back. Additional customization options include sleeve patches and side panel designs.

Q: What file formats do you accept for logo uploads?
A: We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and AI files. For best results, we recommend vector files (SVG or AI) with transparent backgrounds. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI or higher) also work well.

Q: Can I see a proof before production?
A: Yes. We provide a digital mockup for your approval before we start production. This ensures everything is exactly as you want it. Any changes requested after approval may cause delays.

Q: Do you offer size exchanges if I order the wrong size?
A: We only offer free size exchanges if the sizing error was on our end. Please carefully check our size chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Q: What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
A: We stand behind our products 100%. If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect customization, contact us at service@twomiles.xyz with photos and we’ll send you a free replacement immediately — no return needed.

Q: How long does it take to produce a custom jersey?
A: Standard production takes 5–7 business days. During peak seasons (November–December), production may take 7–10 business days. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: There is no minimum order quantity for standard custom jerseys. For bulk team orders (10+ units), please contact us at custom@twomiles.xyz for special pricing and faster turnaround options.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide — including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and more. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for a full list of supported countries.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery times are 10–15 business days for the US and Canada, 12–15 business days for Europe, and 12–20 business days for Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates — most orders arrive earlier.

Q: Do you offer faster shipping options?
A: Expedited shipping is available for select regions. Please contact us at service@twomiles.xyz before placing your order to check availability and pricing.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
A: No. We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for you. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees or surprise charges when your package arrives.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real time through the carrier’s website.

Q: What if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?
A: If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 business days, we’ll offer you a free reshipment or a full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 30+ days, we’ll reship or refund immediately. Your purchase is completely protected.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Please contact us at service@twomiles.xyz within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships. After shipment, address changes may not be possible.

Payments & Billing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use SSL encryption for all data transmissions and comply with PCI-DSS standards to ensure your payment information is handled securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and applicable state or local tax laws. The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Custom items are generally non-refundable due to their personalized nature. However, if there are quality issues, manufacturing defects, or customization errors on our end, we’ll remake your order at no charge — no return needed. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: Contact us at service@twomiles.xyz within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, the damage, and the original shipping label. We’ll arrange a free replacement immediately.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production may have already started and cancellations may not be possible.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund.

Account & Technical

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save your customization preferences for future purchases.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Yes. We take your privacy seriously. We only collect information necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
